Enjoy your home away from home in this newly updated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the 12th floor which is right in the middle, not too high and not too low. The sun and surf are seen from the large kitchen, spacious living room, and of course, from your private balcony.
Due to the troubled times because of COVID-19, our health and the health of our guest, clients and family are the most important. We want to assure all guests that we are meeting CDC cleaning requirement guidelines.
That’s right, develop those sandy cheeks by putting them smack down on the beach! You can’t get any closer without getting wet. Unfortunately, it is our home too so you can’t stay forever, although you may want to.
We have done vacation rentals and time shares for many years and know the headaches that some places create. Let us host you and make your stay comfortable and hassle free. You even pick the code you want for the door so you remember and do not have to worry about losing a key at the pool or the beach.
Towels, you gotta have great towels and we know that. The beds have to be comfortable and pillows to die for. You get that here.
You are on vacation and relaxation is a must. Even our sofa bed gets great reviews. We installed a custom mechanism to provide great support and we provide a comfortable memory foam mattress for an exceptional night sleep.
We are experienced owners and know what we like so hopefully, you will share the experience. We have remodeled and brought in new furniture and appliances, large screen smart TV's with sound bar, new linens, and new pots and pans. We plan to spend as much time here as we can so we wanted all the comforts of home.
Our kitchen is actually functional and with the tools you need should you decide to stay in and sharpen you gourmet skills.
Some of the things many places leave out such as a full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit for your use.
For your stay, we provide a starter set of amenities:
Majestic Beach Resort is loaded with facilities, amenities, activities, and "relaxities". You never even have to leave the property to complete your vacation.
Should you decide to roam, check out the countless dives, joints, bars, shacks, and those mega franchise places you are familiar with as well. There are tons of things to do on the water, in the water, probably even under the water but that is up to you.
Come and enjoy, leave your cares behind, and marvel at the wonders found on the greatest beaches in the US.
Besides the 5 pools, you also have a full sized tennis court, arcade, and movie theater all included with the rental.
Parking garage is across the street for one vehicle but enclosed walkways connect to it. Guest must provide email address and vehicle information for registration of the vehicle. A link will be provided to complete registration and pay the parking fee of $40 to a third party vendor.

This place was perfect! Carlos & Lore described it perfectly. The bed was so comfortable, the home was clean as a whistle & the views were spectacular! The welcome guide was so nice & helpful and is something we have never had at any other rental. Carlos & Lore also gave us a heads up about some bad weather that was moving in which was so nice and appreciated! We will definitely be staying here again!
Stayed June 2023Beautiful veiw with easy beach access. However what made this stay unbearable was the elevators. Out of 28 floors there is only 3 working elevators and on the busiest side there is only one. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes just to get up or down from beach/parking garage. This is of no fault of the host. The condo is clean and as described.

The condo was clean. Incredible view of the beautiful Gulf coast. There are a lot of places that are walkable to the condo to eat so that was nice and easy. The bed was comfortable too. Stayed September 2023I had a wonderful stay at Carlos and Lore’s place. They were incredibly welcoming and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, perfect for a relaxing stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Carlos and Lore!
Stayed January 2026Carlos & Lore had the perfect little condo on the beach! Loved to sit outside every morning and drink our coffee. Had to set up our canopy at 5am ish to get a spot down at the water. All that beach and just a small area for people that need more shade. (3 Red heads) They were very responsive when we had a question! Also provided a really nice book with lots of info! There were only 2 cons and one was the sheets for the king bed. They were ROUGH. I wish I had brought a set from home because the thin rough cotton was so rough on a sunburn. The pull out couch sheets were nice though. Secondly, the walls are so thin by the master. People would cruise the strip at night and REV their engines very loudly. We could hear the elevator but it just sounded like wind. So between the crotch rockets and the neighbors slamming the doors in the middle of the night, I didn’t sleep well. However, this was the absolute cleanest place we have ever stayed in Florida, including higher end hotels!

Stayed January 2026Carlos and Lore's place was wonderful. the view from the balcony was perfect. It was so quick and easy to get to the beach or the pool. It was close to several restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the kids said the sofa bed was comfortable as well, I didn't try it. The place was a great size for our family and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner several times and wash most of the laundry before returning home. I would highly recommend Carlos and Lore's place.
